Q. Notes, Day 217

Cheez Whiz is traveling around the country, doing one pep rally after another while trying to generate enough pity to give him a boost in the polls. The latest addition to his schtick is musing about being forced to leave America if he can't beat a schlub like Joe Biden (who's actually about 100,000 times as capable of being an acceptable president as Cheezy is).

Anyway, the obvious comparison might be to Rodney Dangerfield, who built a career on the idea that he couldn't get no respect. The obvious difference is that at his best, Rodney was always funny as hell. Cheezy at his best is just plain boring.

What people like Lara Trump call having fun is what normal people of average intelligence call psychotic behavior.

Winning Florida is probably not as essential for Biden as it is for Cheez Whiz, but damn, it would be as tasty as ice cream.

The third debate is actually the second debate, because the second debate was replaced by those competing town hall events on ABC and NBC last week. Personally, I think this one should be scrubbed since I'm pretty sure Cheezy is still capable of spreading disease (literally), but maybe we'll get lucky and Biden won't be exposed to COVID. It looks like the debate topics are made to order for Joe, but we'll have to take this step by step since anything involving Cheezy is a train wreck in search of a place to happen.

The sooner QAnon Is Nazi Bullshit becomes the conventional wisdom in the world, the better off we'll be.

In 2016, when most people really did believe Cheez Whiz was the character he played on a popular TV reality show, and he was running against an unpopular Hillary Clinton, he got about 46 percent of the popular vote. Has he done anything since 2016 to make anyone believe he'll get more than 46 percent next month? I'm thinking he could get less if it's a high-turnout election.

Fat Ass is already attacking the moderator of the next debate, and it's still several days away. I suppose he's expecting the worst, and getting the excuses ready.

Summer walks in Texas

Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
