Q. Notes, Day 216

The following material is being copied and quoted verbatim from an article @ Daily Kos:

Donald Trump doesn’t surround himself with competence. It is literally baked into his management style—he doesn’t want anyone that will upstage him in any way. Thus he somehow manages to find people even more stupid and corrupt than he, and then puts them in charge. It’s no accident that dozens of his associates are in prison or indicted.

That's the whole story of Cheez Whiz's first term in a nutshell. Try to imagine how different things might have been if the misadmenstruation (sic) had been filled with honest, competent, experienced public servants instead of the gutter trash he actually chose.

The most noticeable difference between the 2016 election and this one? In  2016, the idea that the Republican nominee was a Russian asset who would implement a political agenda in the United States that advanced Russian interests here and internationally was practically unthinkable. Now everyone with slightly above-average intelligence understands that Cheezy is Putin's tool, and it's even getting media attention.

Summer walks in Texas

Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
