Does Baylor have a case against the SEC ? Maybe, maybe not. One blog says not. An article in Forbes says maybe not. Baylor is a candidate for an EMF if there ever was one.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
