Sue the bastard...

According to former First Dude Todd Palin, the new bio of Alaskan bimbo Sarah Palin is full of lies. So we should expect her to sue McGinniss for libel... and if she doesn't sue, we can interpret that as a tacit admission that the book is accurate. Is that how it works ?
