You know Tiny Tallywhacker is lying again because he'd never do anything that Barack Obama did. What really frosts my butt is that so many people live their worthless lives believing every word of this shit.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
