In case there's still any doubt, another legislature in a Dixie state is proving that what conservative Republicans really want for America is rule by a Christian Taliban.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
