Notorious commie propagandist Paul Krugman is at it again, trying to turn the world against Texas with another pack of lies about the fine work our legislature is doing.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
