Daily Kos: Is the Senate filibuster rule unconstitutional? Does VP Kamala Harris have the authority to nullify the filibuster? Should she go ahead and do it?
Yes, yes and yes.
More Kos ~ Why are so many RepubliQAns in Congress so reluctant to discuss whether they've been vaccinated yet? Getting the COVID vaccine should be a requirement to attend any session or committee meeting, and if a RepubliQAn refuses to comply, he or she should be sent home in the interest of protecting the members who are doing the right things.
I'm seeing rumors that sedition, a serious crime, is making its way to the table as a charge against some of those worthless assholes who were involved in the January 6th attack on the Capitol. If it works out, let's just say, it's about time.
Porky's former lawyer, Sidney Powell, is being sued for big damages after she accused Dominion of a conspiracy to steal votes from Porky and create votes for Joe. Now she's trying to wiggle out, proving she's as totally chickenshit as her main client. Powell wants the lawsuit dismissed because seriously, her accusations against Dominion were obviously ridiculous asinine bullshit, and only the most simple-minded idiots on earth would believe they were true.
Okay, I wonder how Porky feels about this walk-back by his former mouthpiece?
