@ Daily Kos ~ I've said it before and I'll say it again: When RepubliQan politicians like Greg Abbott are in a position to choose between a bad alternative and a worse alternative, they'll pick the worse one every damned time.
There's speculation that Spud Abbott is creating a distraction since so much focus is on the ERCOT controversy after collapse of the Texas power grid. Unfortunately, that sounds plausible.
Joe Biden has approval ratings that Former Guy could only fantasize about, and about 70 percent of Americans, including (R)s, really like Joe's COVID relief provisions. A popular (D) president delivering on an agenda that's also popular is the kind of nightmare that has RepubliQans pissing blood and shitting cinder blocks.
