There are so many reasons to hate goddamned Republicans, I've lost count over the last few decades. This is the main reason I hate (R)s today: They want to surrender the only weapon we currently have in our war against the Microbe from Hell.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
