Quarantine Notes, Day 29

We officially started easing into quarantine mode on Sunday 15 March, the day I discovered that toilet paper would no longer be readily available at any grocery store in easy driving distance. About ten days later, our county made it official. Like most people, this lifestyle isn't anything I imagined I'd be doing in my remaining years, but so far it hasn't been anything I can't cope with.

At DAILY KOS, the Massive Failures of MF-45 continue to be documented, and anybody who plans to vote for him based on his brilliant management skills should forfeit the right to vote. As KOS says, MF-45 is more interested in bragging about his many successes in front of TV cameras than in doing the work required to actually succeed at anything.

The (R) party is having a hard time winning elections that are rigged in its favor.

Summer walks in Texas

Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
