Catching Up

For various reasons, I haven't had much interest in politics since last week, but this afternoon I spent a little time catching up on the latest events. Here are some things I already knew that were reconfirmed: 

• The reason that (R) political hacks like minority leader Kevin McCarthy keep lying constantly is that (R) voters get practically all of their information from a cable news network that airs their lies around the clock.
• Hardcore right-wing evangelicals will support the Pustule until the bitter end because they believe he's leading their war against demonic forces. Which proves they're too fucking stupid to realize he IS the demonic force.
• It's probably a good idea for (D)s to make it very clear there may well be more articles of impeachment forthcoming. If nothing else, it makes the Pustule even crazier.
