Backing Up

There seems to be an assumption that there's only a single copy of Mueller's massive investigation report, and that Booger Barr has it. Here's the thought that crossed my mind last night: Suppose there are numerous backup copies in the possession of people who are calmly watching Booger until he passes off a phony alternate version to Congress. That would open up interesting possibilities.
