Maybe Tiny now believes he owns the evangelical lunatics, and doesn't need this holy roller to keep their votes lined up for him. And remember that Tiny really wanted Big Blubber (Chris Christie) as his running mate, until Manafort manipulated him into giving that spot to the Mother Grabber. Tiny thinks he looks slender compared to Christie, obese compared to Pence.
