Every time Lindsey Graham appears on CNN or any station other than Fox News, and says something that makes him sound more or less like a sensible, intelligent, rational U.S. Senator, I forget for a day or two that he's still as rotten as the other Republicans in Congress... with the possible exception of Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan, who are in a class by themselves when it comes to Rotten Republicans.
