According to recent polls, three of the top four GOP candidates are Donnie Trump, Ben Carson, and Rafael (Ted) Cruz. That's enough solid evidence right there to indict and convict Republican voters on charges of criminal stupidity.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
