I still don't have the supernatural power to vaporize people, places, and things by simply concentrating really hard and snapping my fingers. Therefore, Larry Klayman can sleep peacefully tonight.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
