Free at last, free at last. Great god almighty, he free at last. Tom DeLay's conviction has been reversed by a Texas appeals court. Now he can get his concealed handgun permit back.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
