Why It Matters
An article in Salon today explains why Republicans are desperate to win the White House, so desperate they'll let Mittens get away with just about anything. Hint: It has to do with the national economy and the direction in which it's moving.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
