Since much of my future happiness and security depends on the health of the Texas Teacher Retirement System, shit like I'm reading in the Dallas Morning News makes my blood run cold.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
