Borderlines

A Dallas Morning News editorial encourages the legislature to consider demographic changes in Texas when they undertake congressional redistricting. That would be nice, but I'm not holding my breath. I imagine Republicans realize they need to lock in as many incumbents as possible while they still can. There's a new world coming, and they're pretty sure they won't like it.
