Gosh, it's been awhile, but Sarah Barracuda is back in the newspapers. She's pissed because one of Ricardo's political consultants used the term retarded, and wasn't referring to a Democrat when he said it. If it wasn't this, it'd be something else. The woman needs headlines like a junkie needs heroin.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
