Andrew Sullivan, another of those rare conservatives who often writes something worth reading, offers this thought in The Atlantic about the latest gambits in the health reform struggles. I'd like to believe he has this one figured out correctly.
Judging by the amount of water on driveways and sidewalks and in the street, some Texans seem to think you can grow concrete and asphalt using lawn sprinklers.
