Republicans in Congress will not be punished by voters for failing to repeal the ACA. If Washington Monthly can explain why that's true, it's fair to say that GOP politicians also understand why. It's more probable that punishment would accompany a successful repeal. But the dog-and-pony show will continue because Fox News needs something to talk about that will sell commercial minutes.
